Features of Ultrasonic Humidifiers

May 01, 2026

Compared to other types of humidification equipment, ultrasonic industrial humidifiers have the following characteristics:

1. High humidification efficiency (close to 100%), strong humidification intensity, producing small and uniform mist particles, quickly reaching the required relative humidity within a unit time, saving water resources;

2. Low energy consumption per unit humidification volume. The energy consumption of an ultrasonic humidifier is only 0.05 kW/(kg.h), equivalent to only 1/15 to 1/10 of other humidification methods, resulting in low daily operating costs;

3. Compact size. It can form a standalone system according to site conditions, suitable for installation in new factories, and can also be used to upgrade old factories without damaging existing equipment;

4. Uniform humidification, quickly and extensively solving practical problems in industrial production, such as fly waste, yarn breakage, static electricity, unevenness, and fiber fragility in textile production;

5. The atomizing component uses an integrated atomizing core with a fully sealed structure design that achieves waterproofing. This allows for immediate on-site replacement and maintenance of the atomizing plate, completely eliminating the problems of easy damage, short lifespan, and cumbersome maintenance associated with early ultrasonic humidification systems.

6. The integrated atomizing core has a built-in water protection device, effectively ensuring that the atomizing core automatically stops working when the water level is too low, eliminating the need for additional equipment and saving costs.

7. The control method is flexible and convenient, offering three control options: on/off control, time-sequenced control, and automatic humidity control. 8. The humidifier with automatic humidity control is equipped with an imported French humidity sensor, which is highly sensitive and responds quickly, allowing for completely unmanned on-site operation.

9. The equipment uses a stainless steel casing, which is aesthetically pleasing, corrosion-resistant, and has a long service life.

10. The equipment has both fixed bracket and mobile installation methods and can be installed in areas far from the humidification site via pipe connection, which facilitates equipment installation and improves space utilization efficiency.

11. The equipment has passed national electrical safety testing and is equipped with a high-performance automatic water inlet solenoid valve, overflow port, and drain port, making it easy to use, safe, and reliable.

12. The overall design of the equipment has undergone repeated testing and years of actual testing. It has a compact structure, reasonable configuration, and no high-power motor. Humidification is not driven by purely mechanical energy, so it operates without noise and has a high atomization effect on liquids.
