Ultrasonic Humidifier Maintenance

May 03, 2026

1) The ultrasonic humidifier uses high-quality materials and requires no lubrication. Aside from regular cleaning by the user according to their operating environment, the motor requires no special maintenance.

2) Cleaning: Humidifiers typically operate in environments containing fibers or dust. Therefore, users should thoroughly clean them regularly, generally every six months to a year.

3) First, turn off the humidifier's main power and unplug the power cord. Remove the air filter at the bottom and clean the non-woven filter screen with compressed air or a vacuum cleaner. Alternatively, it can be washed in warm water with laundry detergent.

4) Because the unit has a rinsing device, the water tank generally does not need cleaning.

5) The atomizer needs to be removed from the humidifier. First, remove the inner and outer guide covers, and clean the fan impeller and air separator. Prevent dust from falling into the water tank through the vertical channel of the separator. When cleaning the atomizer, the air separator should be removed together with the atomizer. When placing it, it must be laid horizontally. Do not let the water intake, water-spraying impeller, and upper fan impeller touch the ground to prevent the motor shaft from deviating, causing bearing damage and shortening its service life.
