Keda Intelligent CA All-in-One Machine integrates a high-precision O₂ CO₂ controlled system, adopting ion flow sensing and adaptive dual-mode operation to create an ideal dormant environment for high-value fruits and vegetables.
Replacing traditional electrochemical sensors with advanced ion flow sensors, the unit delivers ±0.1% detection accuracy for O₂ and CO₂. It supports real-time sampling and closed-loop monitoring with minimal calibration, covering O₂ 0.1%–25% and CO₂ 0.1%–20% to suit various agricultural products.
Its intelligent dual-mode auto-switch works efficiently: it rapidly lowers O₂ to 3%–5% at the early storage phase to restrain respiration, then shifts to CO₂ scrubbing mode to keep CO₂ at 1%–3% and avoid produce damage. Pre-set parameters for apples, kiwis, cherries and other premium fruits enable one-click matching. Equipped with a 7-inch multi-language touch screen and cloud remote monitoring, it extends storage cycle by 2–3 times and boosts shelf life by over 50%, cutting product losses greatly.
