Basic Principle of Ethylene Removal Machine
An ethylene removal machine is a piece of equipment used in the chemical industry, mainly for the separation and removal of ethylene during the ethylene production process, ensuring the production of pure ethylene. Its basic principle is to utilize an adsorbent to adsorb ethylene, thereby achieving separation and removal.

Ethylene Separation and Removal Process

The ethylene removal machine mainly consists of three processes: adsorption, desorption, and waste gas treatment. The adsorption process involves introducing ethylene into an adsorption column, where the adsorbent adsorbs the ethylene; the desorption process desorbs the adsorbed ethylene, allowing it to be recovered; and the waste gas treatment process collects and treats the generated waste gas to avoid environmental impact.

Implementation Methods and Advantages

There are two main methods for implementing ethylene removal: one is the pressure swing adsorption method, which utilizes changes in the pressure of the adsorbent and air to achieve ethylene adsorption and desorption; the other is the condensation method, which first condenses ethylene into a liquid, and then uses the principle of gas separation for separation and removal.

The advantages of ethylene removal machines are mainly: First, they can efficiently remove ethylene, resulting in ethylene with higher purity and quality; second, the equipment has a compact structure, occupies little space, and saves production costs; third, the waste gas treatment process can treat the generated waste gas into gases that are harmless to the environment and meet environmental protection standards.
