1. Pre-operation Preparation
First, ensure the catalyst of the ethylene removal machine is in normal condition and placed in the catalyst tank. Then check the working status of the filter and high-pressure pump to ensure they are operating normally.
2. Operating Procedures
(1) Turn on the main power supply of the ethylene removal machine and connect the equipment to the ethylene gas delivery pipeline.
(2) Open the inlet valve of the ethylene removal machine and close the outlet valve.
(3) Turn on the power of the high-pressure pump, control the operating speed of the high-pressure pump, and adjust the gas flow rate.
(4) After the gas flow rate stabilizes, observe the temperature and pressure of the catalyst reactor to ensure it is operating within the allowable range.
(5) Discharge the converted gas to the designated location.
